If you are commissioning me, by default, you are agreeing to my terms and I’m not responsible for any incovenience if you choose to not read them
General Terms
At times, I may reach out to you with updates later than usual, either because it's a more convenient time for me or due to time zone differences. Feel free to respond at your convenience.
English is not my native language, so there may be times when misunderstandings occur or my communication isn't perfect.
I have the rights to reject the commission if I don´t think I can do it.
I usually work on commissions from Monday to Friday, excluding sick days and holidays.
You will only receive digital files.
Do not request a certain art style. If you choose to commission me, it is because you like my style, and that is the style you should expect from the finished product.
Provided colour palettes may vary slightly to fit my art style. If you are strict on no changes from the selected palette, please specify.

Your information (such as references, mails, etc) will be kept confidential and will only be used for communication and transaction purposes related to the commission.
Minor adjustments and color fixes are free. Additional edits or large changes (such as pose or composition) will only be done with an additional charge.
Once the final art is approved, only minor corrections will be allowed. Any major changes will be charged separately.

Payment
All payments must be up front.
I will only start working when paypent has arrived.
Once payment is received, you will be added to the to-do list.
For commercial rights +50% of the total commission price.
Due to the nature of this work, there will be no refunds available once I have started work on the sketch.
DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
The waiting time depends a lot on: how many people are ahead of your commission, your response time, the number of drawings and the type of commission.
I always try to complete commissions in maximun 1 month but please be patient, sometimes it takes a little bit longer.
I will not proceed with the commission until each update I send is approved.
